Over the last 9 months the Recovery College and the Recovery Academy have been collaborating with the local NEIC community to build capacity to respond to Dual Diagnosis (mental health and substance use issues) through a variety of workshops and community forums.
The collaboration has resulted in a co-designed pathway of care for individuals and families looking for support with Dual Diagnosis.
The Pathway is designed to provide clarity regarding what services can offer support and how services can link together to create an integrated care plan for individuals and families.
An interactive Map has been designed in order to support the pathway. The Map will act a compliemtary tool that will provide in depth details of services available to people in the North East inner city including user referral information.
